DM-WL1300 automatic feeder is used to feed raw materials evenly into the textile waste opening machine, which can effectively improve the work efficiency and fiber quality. It is an important auxiliary equipment in the automatic production line. The equipment can transport a variety of waste textiles, such as raw cotton, waste cotton, hemp, waste clothes, scrap cloth, waste yarn, textile scraps, non-woven fabric, automotive interior decoration and so on.
Working principle: The feeding conveyor belt will transport raw materials to the inclined nail curtain conveyor belt. In this process, the raw materials will be fully mixed and evenly fed into the Textile waste opening machine by the nail curtain conveyor belt.
The device Working width can be 1000mm or 1500mm based on the Textile waste opening machine working width.
The feeder is used for mixing and feeding flax fiber. A spray system is added inside the feeder to wet flax fiber and improve processing quality.
