The cutting length of raw materials can be adjusted according to actual production requirements.
Working principle: The raw materials enter from the feeding conveyor belt, and a blade roller assembly is installed inside the equipment. The motor drives the blade roller to rotate at high speed. The cutting surface formed by the blade roller and the fixed knife accurately cuts the textile raw materials, and the raw materials after cutting are transported from the conveyor belt to the next process.
Blade roller: high-quality steel is selected and quenched.
Blade: The selection of high-quality alloy steel, used with a sharpener, can effectively extend the service cycle of the blade.
Frame: The frame is welded from high-quality steel with good stability and performance.
