DM-YD300 automatic hydraulic baler is used for packing processed fibers, which is convenient to save workshop space and fiber transportation. YD300 baling machine is composed of two packing rooms, which can greatly improve the production line efficiency and reduce the number of shutdown. Made of high quality steel welding, cylinder surface chrome plating, wear resistance, good sealing. Choose domestic famous brand hydraulic system, fast packaging speed, standard package shape, and installed with automatic operating platform.
Working principle: The processed fibers are transported to the cotton box at the top of the baler through the fan and pipeline, and then to the packing room A through the conveyor belt. The baler automatically compreses and packs repeatedly. After the packing is finished, the box is manually controlled to rise and the cotton bag is taken out. The baling machine is installed with photoelectric control system, which automatically detects the packing state and gives an alarm. Packing room A finishes packing, and packing room B starts working.
