DM-WS150 horizontal automatic hydraulic baler is used for packing processed fibers, which is convenient to save workshop space and fiber transportation. WS150 baler changes the traditional vertical baler structure to horizontal, which is suitable for customers with low workshop height and small requirements on package size. The baling machine is welded with high quality steel. The surface of the cylinder is chrome-plated, resistant to wear and good sealing. Choose domestic famous brand hydraulic system, fast packaging speed, standard package shape, and installed with automatic operating platform.
Working principle: After processing, fibers and cotton fall into the cotton box. When the cotton layer reaches the photocell position of the lower cotton box, the press cotton cylinder of the baling machine starts to automatically pack, and after the packaging is completed, manual binding is carried out. If the cotton layer reaches the photoelectric position of the upper cotton box, cotton feeding in front will be stopped.
