This product is mainly used in the air conditioning and filter dust system of the textile industry to meet the technical requirements of the dust removal, discharge and negative pressure of the main equipment such as flowers and combing units and airflow spinning machines. To improve the working environment of the workshop and meet the requirements of national environmental protection.The unit is composed of first stage disc filter and second stage multi-drum duster, which is the two stage dry filter dust removal system.
The first stage disc filter mainly filters and collects the short fiber.
The second stage multi - drum duster mainly filters and collects the dust.
This second level can also be used for air conditioning air return system as air fine filtration.
The product is routinely operated with negative pressure, that is to connect the sealed box with the main fan (Textile centrifugal fan) at the second level, so that the machine can run normally for a long time and obtain the best dust removal effect.
