The DM-YL1 low-speed Non-woven needle punching production line is composed of a small Textile waste opening machine, a carding machine (including cotton box) and a needling machine. The Working width can be customized, the maximum is 3600mm, the gram weight is 300-600g/㎡. The output is 3m-8m/min, and the total Power is about 31kw. According to different materials and needs of customers, different types of products can be produced.
The production line is suitable for recycling waste cloth, old clothes, knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, polyester fibers and other waste textiles, can produce products such as greenhouse insulation quilt, geotextiles, building insulation materials, needle felt, etc. Purpose: The main applications of needled nonwoven materials include carpet, decorative felt, sports pad, mattress, furniture pad, shoe and hat cloth, shoulder pad, synthetic leather base cloth, coated bottom cloth, ironing pad, wound dressing, artificial blood vessel, hot conduit jacket, filter material, geotextile, papermaking blanket, linoleum base cloth, sound insulation material and decorative material for car, etc.
