DM-YL3 Non-woven needle punching production line consists of 2 carding machines (including cotton box), 4 needling machines, 1 winding and cutting machine, etc. Customers can choose the Hot press machine. Working width can be customized, maximum 3600mm, gram weight 300-600g/㎡, output 3m-8m/min, total Power of about 158kw. According to different materials and needs of customers, different types of products can be produced.
The production line is suitable for recycling waste cloth, old clothes, knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, polyester fibers and other waste textiles, can produce products such as greenhouse insulation quilt, geotextiles, building insulation materials, needle felt, etc. Purpose: The main applications of needled nonwoven materials include carpet, decorative felt, sports pad, mattress, furniture pad, shoe and hat cloth, shoulder pad, synthetic leather base cloth, coated bottom cloth, ironing pad, wound dressing, artificial blood vessel, hot conduit jacket, filter material, geotextile, papermaking blanket, linoleum base cloth, sound insulation material and decorative material for car, etc.
